hi all ,
a question about that dormer roof.
was covered with Sandtoft 20/20 Interlocking Roof Tile,after two years star leaking seriously.
from roof company said wrong type of cover, must be with felt , because roof slope not enough.gave me a quotation 4k to be replaced with 3 layers of felt.
size or roof is 2.4X5.5m.

What's your opinion on that?

If it's less than 15 degrees it does not comply with the manuf'r's requirements. Did you have the work done, or a previous owner?

previous ouner or some company, not sure who's done it.

 

What angle is the roof?
