Plumbing drawings

Hi bit of a strange question. 
friend of mine bought a house a few years old. House was plumbed for an en-suite but never connected ( pipes are inside walls supposedly) 

 

is there anyway one can get a hold of the plumbing drawings somehow? For an older house? 
 

would make plumbing the en-suite handier he thinks.

Ha, no such thing exists. If there is a detailed drawing, I'll only show indicative lines only 

 

Get a plumber in and they'll give you the story in an hour or so.

Thanks for the reply would of been handy though if it existed
