Document F are these rates correct?

Was chatting with someone online and I said 21 l/s has been shown to me In a table for a 3 bed house , and they said it should be 31!! And I searched for doc f 2021 and it does say 31! That would make my mvhr sound like a jet!

That figure is for the whole house and it depends on the way the ventilation is done / arranged.

213 volume of house, 2 extract rooms 4 supply rooms

Little 3 bed terraced diwnstairs 2 rooms and kitchen and bathroom I’d say 60 sq metres? Not massive, 3x5 m rooms x 3x3 bathroom and add a few for hallways etc
