Lighting conditions

Has anyone come across this condition If so Any pointers to the type of external lighting

I have the same due to my invisible bats. I haven't got that far yet but interested to see what comes up.  I know I can't have any upward facing lights and wouldn't dare with my brickwork 🙂

Yeah, if this is in the countryside, some LPAs like a kind of minimum lighting set-up.
