puntloos Posted October 3, 2023 Posted October 3, 2023 So, a big honking white thing, in a green place (aka garden) is not ideal. Putting a tarpaulin over it- also not ideal. Does anyone know if a Mitsubishi Ecodan comes apart fairly easily so a painter can just strip the white bits and spray paint them? Or will I be left with a few pieces that are anchored to the device in such a way you can never safely spraypaint without hitting sensitive bits with your paint?

Beelbeebub Posted October 3, 2023 Posted October 3, 2023 I'm sure I saw someone doing vinyl wrapping of heat pumps. Same technique as they use for vehicles I guess, but they don't need to disassemble to do it.
joth Posted October 3, 2023 Posted October 3, 2023 Ah yes I recall that now https://www.creative-solutions-direct.co.uk/blog/article/vinyl-wrap-for-total-renewable-solutions-air-source-heat-pump
