Would anybody be able to point me in the direction and provide a link to the "Harris heat loss calculated spreadsheet thing. i assume i can then download it and get a competent person (wife) to fill it in for me ? Thanks

Give the heat engineer app a go  , it’s a tenner for a one off report.

 

I found it easier than Jeremy’s spreadsheet.
