Size - 22.5 square metres Rough Size - 5m x 4.5m Council - Newham Type of the new build - Garden shed Property - Mid terraced Property age - 1920's built Purpose of the shed - Storage only PVC double door and one window concrete block built (I believe the builder may use a little bit of bricks ? Height - Wont exceed 2.5m Power supply with lights to the shed Tile flooring No water supply or beds to be placed inside the shed. Will only Just storage. Temp Posted July 13, 2023 Share Posted July 13, 2023 You won't need Building Control Approval as it's "constructed substantially of non-combustible materials".
