greenbanana
My neighbours have just started a rear extension. We are now 2 days in to the project and they have removed the rear wall of the house up to the ground floor ceiling. They have not started digging the foundations yet. Is this the correct order to construct? And are there any implications if they do this before the foundations are dealt with?
Marvin
Work scheme designed properly and carried out compentently I would expect there to be no problem. However impossible to determine without detailed information.
Temp
It could be the right way to go if you need a machine to lift a big steel beam into place. The foundation trenches would get in the way if done first.
