Stroma FSAP

Hi all

Is Stroma FSAP still available - I cannot find a copy?

Can self builders still do their own SAP calculations for BC, domestic one-off property (I think a registered assessor is required at the cert stage)?

I'm tagging @jsharris, as I saw his earlier posts on the topic (although Im unsure if he is still here)
