SDTM Posted February 13, 2023 Share Posted February 13, 2023 Hello from Scotland. Hoping maybe someone can help us: We have an old Thoren Thor 05-15 GSHP. The company went bust a few years ago, and we're having terrible trouble sourcing spare parts. Does anyone on here know where you can get spare parts for Thoren GSHPs? Failing that, does anyone have this GSHP and would they be kind enough to provide photos of the heating relay switch and immersion coil? Our engineer took the broken parts away and has binned them. It's very hard for any company to provide a clone without an image of the original parts. We're exploring all avenues to try and find these parts as otherwise we'll need to replace the pump :(.
