w1zard
Had a recent re roof using a dry ridge system. Seems like some tiles are not level and the cloaking has a gap with the concrete interlock tiles, what is everyones throughts or am I over critical ! nod
It’s difficult to keep the ridge roll even on a hip especially with thick tile The edges of the ridge roll should be stuck down Doesn’t look like they have pulled the tape
scottishjohn
why try to make concrete ridge tiles like a dry system the only reason for a dry system is to give ventilation to the roof space and I don,t see you achieving any great ventilation with what you have done I would cement them and get a much better fit and security from them moving over time if you want ventilation in the roof space fit some ventilator tiles looks crap to me but just my opinion Edited December 20, 2022 by scottishjohn
