Dry Ridge question

Got completed a new roof and I have a question on the finish as there are two items I am unsure of

1) the gap between the cloak ie the stickly strip isnt fastened on the concrete interlack tiles

2) Some of the tiles are not sitting level

 

I enclose some pictures as this is the first dry ridge I have been involed with

Would be great to have some feedback as to the quality of the finish on the above points

The pitch of the roof looks shallow for that style of tile.

We're they specified by the architect ?

Is it a new roof, or a re tile of an existing roof ? I,m not a roofer, but it looks a bit rough.

its new truss roof and new tiles

re the pitch yes specified and they match the pitch angle with the manufacturer spec

thats poor.

 

the bottom row of tiles hasnt had a kicker batten fitted so they are 'drooping'/ hanging low.

 

The hip needs hip trays fitting above the dry kit.

 

overall, poor workmanship. 3/10
