Window opening requirements

Hi all. I need some information related to window opening requirements. The Part O, Para 3.9 specifies windows opening outwards only, is there any such requirements for windows opening inwards?

That isn't how I read it.  It says that if windows open outwards then the handle much be reachable which makes sense. I don't see anything about windows needing to open outwards only.

None of our windows open outward. Or doors.

Our windows are Internorm continental-style.  All open inwards for easy cleaning and tilt so like @Conor, none open outwards.
