Just called in to order No price increase Lead time 2-3 weeks 

Things are definitely slowing

Some material prices as still going up, i was told earlier this week British Gypsum products are going up 17% in the new year.

They have told us 7% due to transport costs

That's what we see, both less busy but more expensive.

• Sites are still very busy 
• But it’s not a true reflection As with most a massive shortage of labour and money already in place It will be after Easter before the housing sites slow and perhaps another year before the commercial jobs slow 
• Suppliers will have to reduce there margins Or go out of business
