SuperJohnG
I'm currently doing first fix - I want to buy the grohe rapid sl frames. But it doesn't say they are rimless? There is no adjustment on the flush so they don't say its rimless, now the rimless toilets might be fine with 3/6l which the rapid sl gives but I currently don't know. I could buy the slx which is rimless ready but it has a host of other stuff which I don't need and is infinitely more expensive. We don't specifically need rimless but it would be nice to know anyone has used to ripd sl with a rimless toilet?
Dave Jones
not a fan of rimless, saw one that doesnt contain the flush water in the bog. splashed about the place. very unhygienic.

That's exactly the issue I'm trying to avoid. Might just stick with normal toilets. We don't have an issue with hard water so no limescale build up. jonM
I don't have experience of grohe rapid sl frames, but we used Gerberit Duofix frames / cistern / flush plates and Villeroy & Bosch Subway 2 rimless toilets. Combination works well, easy to clean and no splashing. Looks great. Edited December 1, 2022 by jonM
