I think they should have kept VAT free shopping for tourists (or perhaps reduced rate).

 

And the silly buggers have maintained subsidy to the demand side of the housing market for first time buyers, which is completely loopy as it will continue to drive prices up.

 

The commitment to consider energy saving seems forward looking.

 

And Little Miss Dotty is now somewhat marginalised, which has to be beneficial at this time.
