Laminate flooring suppliers and their courier practices

I've just had to return a second load of laminate flooring due to the courier (on both occasions) allowing the packs to slide around in the back of their van. Nearly all the corners were smashed and the packing was ripped to shreds.

 

Which suppliers use couriers who know how to handle this stuff. I'd buy and collect myself but have no suppliers close to me who sell the stuff I want.

Laminate only works by courier if you send on a pallet

Courier claimed it was on a pallet. Until I caught sight inside his van and noticed a lack of pallet.

We bought ours from https://www.flooringsupplies.co.uk/ and it came extremely well packed and protected on a pallet. I’d recommend them on all fronts to be honest: price, service, advice etc.

Sometimes it's worth the drive to collect fragile items. Pain I know.
