It is on a property I will be bidding on at auction and I need to know for insurance purposes. If it helps the house was built circa 1980, it has a totally flat roof, and it is ex local authority. markc Posted July 13, 2022 Posted July 13, 2022 Difficult to say from this pic but looks like a membrane, Can’t see it being felt at that width so more likely a rubberised or PVC type membrane 1
JohnMo Posted July 13, 2022 Posted July 13, 2022 Who knows from the image, is there sellers pack or is that just a Scottish thing? It could be EPDM, PVC, fibreglass, rubbers or felt.
