PaulD Posted May 18, 2022 Share Posted May 18, 2022 30m x 15m Steel frame barn Class Q .... 5 bays with 4 stanchions down the centre every 6 metres Need to create mezzanine and was planning on block wall running entire length inbetween stanchions Therefore have 7.5m spans either side, I've been told steels wont span (or won't be straighforward), traditional timber obviously won't Be looking into iJoists or Easi Joist - www.easijoist.com Hope this makes sense - anyone have any real world experience or advice ? Really hoping you say timber, sorry for my stupidity ! Any suggested supplier/manufacturer ? - Staffordshire if location is relevant.
