May 18, 20224 yr 30m x 15m Steel frame barn Class Q .... 5 bays with 4 stanchions down the centre every 6 metres Need to create mezzanine and was planning on block wall running entire length inbetween stanchions Therefore have 7.5m spans either side, I've been told steels wont span (or won't be straighforward), traditional timber obviously won't Be looking into iJoists or Easi Joist - www.easijoist.com Hope this makes sense - anyone have any real world experience or advice ?

May 18, 20224 yr timber i beam, thought 350's went to 7.5 but you would need min 400mm james jones joists
