Because in heatwave conditions surely you would have air with higher humidity potentially and even at higher temperatures you'd likely see condensation and moisture with a flow temp between 16-18 degrees in some conditions. Maybe the risk of serious drips is low or mitigated somehow... Everyone 'real world' experience is incredibly useful.
