ICF Roof/Decking

Hi

 

Does anybody have any experience of an ICF roof such as Quad-deck or Amdeck? I have an element of basement that will have a patio area above it and this looks like quite a neat solution (possibly for the main flat roof area also).

Thermohouse do a roof system and I think Green Life Buildings do too.  Not sure if these would work for you.

I’ve done both, similar products and they work just fine, waterproofing and having some slope are important
