We are finally out of the ground 

B&B in and both the workshop and house up-to dpc Drains and treatment plant in

80k spent 

A fraction of that went on labour 

 

Whilst we are on better ground than last time and only a handful of trees to contend with 

Ive stated many times Groundworks are impossible to cost accurately Especially at the moment 

Whilst we are building traditional again The GW costs would have been exactly the same if we had gone the TF route
