Hi everyone,

 

My wife and I are taking first steps on an adventure that we hope results in our dream home.

 

We are still plot hunting in the Scottish Borders region with ambitions to be relocated by the end of 2024.

 

Looking forward to learning lots here and contributing if we can as time goes by.

Hi all.

 

Not done much 'eco' work on the house for some years but now with sky high electricity costs interested in extra PV combined with battery storage plus an agile tariff. Going to have a look through old threads to learn more about the subject

It’s been a while but we have a major development at last! We’ve acquired a plot near Kelso with planning permission in principle. Currently working on the full application.
