LW321 Posted March 16, 2022 Posted March 16, 2022 (edited) Hi everyone, Noticed today that I have water leaking from behind the soffit and down the outside wall when it's raining. Have a roofer coming to view other issues in 3 weeks but not sure If I should get this issue sorted sooner? Can't see any signs of water inside and the rafters are dry. ProDave Posted March 16, 2022 Posted March 16, 2022 Photos of the roof from above? It is likely the roof is leaking somewhere, water is running down under the tiles on the felt, but the felt is not correctly dressed to lead the water into the gutter so it is soaking the inside of the sofit.
