Roof exhaust air vent condensate drain

Do I need to fit a waterless trap and drain on the flexible exhaust duct (insulated) going to the roof?

If there is any condensation won't it drain back into and through the machine (V Axia Kinetic Advance in cold loft) and out through the bottom condensate drain?

There's no drain on my exhaust duct, and I don't recall any requirement in the installation manual.  I'd be hoping the exhaust air is pretty cool, and that the airflow would keep it dry.

None on mine either - a condensate pipe to waste comes off the bottom of the unit though.
