Hi. How does a plasterer sand cement render the beam section here please?

Shoot or bolt on battens then screw on render board.

You would normally shot fire a sheet a 2400 x 600 mesh under the steel The lift and rap the face of the steel Then plug and screw to the block about 300 above 

Or as above cement board but you would need to add a movement joint where the board joins the block
