Ferdinand Posted October 5, 2021 Posted October 5, 2021 Quick question: If I get a review for an RHI grant, or for some other government programme, will an EPC report be done? I seem to recall that it was part of the review for the Green Housing Grant scheme, or if I have a subsidised new boiler etc. Does anyone have recent experience? Thanks
joth Posted October 5, 2021 Posted October 5, 2021 (edited) You need to get your own EPC done to apply for the RHI. It isn't automatically done for you, if that's the question? (Source: I had RHI approved 2 months ago) Edited October 5, 2021 by joth 1
Ferdinand Posted October 20, 2021 Author Posted October 20, 2021 Cheers. It was a check on the detail for somebody local.
Marvin Posted October 20, 2021 Posted October 20, 2021 Yes has to be less than 2 years old when applying for RHI.
