Hello from Birmingham.  This post was supposed to be introducing myself as the new buyer of a self build plot in Birmingham, but the lot was pulled from the auction over night due to a legal dispute over ownership.  Anyway, hello from a soon to be self builder.

Hello and welcome. Good luck finding a plot, that was a long journey for us! With hindsight, I would looked further afield and alternatives like refurb or rebuilds.

Oh no! Sorry to hear that.  So many things can go wrong finding the plot you want. I hope the right one comes along!

Hello and welcome, I feel your pain! Had a plot removed from auction and two that made well over their value. Finding a suitable plot can be hard work and a long process …. I’m still looking. Damn those jammy buggers who are gifted land or family rates.
