Scaffolding how many boards

Anyone used the cuplock scaffolding,,if so were you using 1.3m ledgers and 1.3m intermediate transoms,,,how many boards do you normally put on,,225 mm wide boards

5 or more boards or no boards

5 boards plus a toe board on the outside edge, and 5 plus toe boards in and out of working near existing glazing.
