100 sqm roof area. uPVC rainwater goods. Soakaway.

From downpipe to soakaway, given leaf filter and silt trap, will 63mm black MDPE buried pipe suffice to carry the rainwater to the soakaway?

Why?

thats dearer than doing it in 110mm underground pipe, how will you rod it if it blocks. 

No only suitable for a pumped outlet.
