On the application form for electric supply, they ask how many kW supply needed. They suggest 15kW suffices for a dwelling.

 

5 bedroom house, pumping chamber for foul drainage, electric vehicle charging point.

What kW would you show as the requirement?

Their guidance also says 3 phase supply has maximum 69kvA

Yes 100 Amps per phase is about 23kVA so 3 phase will give a maximum of 69kVA

 

What rate are you expecting to charge your car?  and only one EV or more?

    Fast charging for EV preferred. Don't have an EV yet, but might get one hoping for savings on fuel & on installation of charger
