Westcott
Hello all, We started our self-build nearly 40 years ago. Timber frame, brick-clad, underfloor heating, and enough insulation to get a C rating a couple of years ago. 20 years ago we converted the attic, wish we'd known about attic trusses for the original design. Since then we've extended sideways twice, and are now adding a garden room/shed. I'll soon be asking about hybrid pumps, to augment the gas boiler. MikeSharp01
Yes we have only been going 4 and I feel like an old stager, still 18 months to go at current pace.
