Loft Conversion

Hi all,

I'm planning a loft conversion, currently at the design phase. Would welcome any advice, especially from those who have used the Telebeam system.

Telebeam works but its probably more expensive so perhaps only use if more traditional methods can't be used.

The telebeam system looks good, but i bet it cost. May i ask, why the need ? If you have a Two deep room house, can you not span from back wallplate, to central wall, and central wall to front, inbetween the existing ceiling joists? Basically stick the new joist ends on 18mm ply spacers, to keep them off the ceilings below.
