Hi

I have been lurking and reading for awhile now but though I should join in.

My name is Mark and I live near Norwich.

My wife and I have acquired a plot of land on which we plan to build a bungalow hopefully with rooms in loft. if we can get approval. 
The new methods of construction and the accompanying ventilation and heat sources are new to me so I may be asking lots of questions.

Doctors say NFN - Normal For Norwich, my daughter says its the most beautiful city, the map says its in the middle of a desert with wind in it, drivers say it takes an age to get there.

Yes takes an age to get here, but we don't mind, it keeps the rif raf away ?

Don’t know yet if I’ll need help with planning permission, but I’ll certainly shout out if I do.

Pretty certain we’ll get planning as the plot had permission previously, it’s just about whether we’ll be able to build what we want.
