This is a review of procedure, costs, should someone other than council BC be allowed to do it etc.  It's not about any proposed changes to the building regs.

 

I think my comments would be the costs are too high, and can we have a "building notice" system (rather than full plans approval that we have) for simple jobs, like England and Wales have.
