Andy19877
Hi, Last year I had some dumpy bags dropped at my house, the truck that dropped them had to put down its stabilizers and the mat that they used to "protect" the drive had dimples in the bottom of it so now I have 2 lots of dimple mark in my drive. the drive is less than 2 years old. how can I repair this, but make a repair so that it doesn't look like the drive is patchy Thanks in advance
Temp
Never done it but have seen people recommend a cold fill asphalt compacted with a hammer then painting the whole drive with a tarmac sealer to colour match. Seems a bit drastic? Edited January 27, 2021 by Temp
Mr Punter
I have tried a repair with a bag of the cold stuff but it was hopeless. Sticks to your shoes and gets trodden everywhere and it never seems to go off.
TonyT
You are always going to see the patch, unless the whole drive is redone which probably isn’t proportionate to the damage.
