LVT in new build

Hi

I recently completed a new build. I got LVT flooring throughout. We viewed the demo home and decided to go for the same flooring, it was like natural wood patterns. Now in our new home all the panels seem to have some indentations or grooves that make me regret my choice to be honest. I didn’t notice this in the show home. 
 

Is this normal or did we get damaged panels?
 

I notice two things. Indentations. And then the entire panels seems swollen? Or is just me ???!

I think this is just a distressed look.  The tiles themselves will not mark like this.  If you look very closely you will find identical tiles elsewhere on the floor.  They often only produce a few variations.
