aluminium window reveal sourcing

hi all,

 

just finishing a timber framed house that will be clad in horizontal siberian larch, our reveals our quite deep and just weighting up cost wise whether better to use a timber board for the reveals or get some aluminium reveals

 

has anyone done aluminium reveals before, any ideas where to get them made up that doesn't cost the earth?

Most of the commercial buildings are Ali clad 

Any fabricated with a press would make them to size
