sabc15
Hello, thanks for allowing me to join,I am British living in Brittany for 15 years, after retiring in UK, just starting to build a timber frame house for my son,I have just completed one for us,a standard stick frame house, but I was thinking on my sons house I would use web joists and trusses,as my son is not a builder i have tried to make the design as simple and straight forward as possible,so I have gone for a mono pitch roof and intend to use web joists so all can be lifted in to place either by us or a manatou borrowed from the local farmer, sorry got a bit long winded there, can anyone recommend any company in the UK that will supply the joists & trusses and deliver to France, without breaking the bank,,thanks, able to return to works tomorrow as we come out of lock down. take care, everyone, happy building. ToughButterCup
Bienvenu! I wonder if you would be kind enough to use a sans serif font ? I ask because sans serif fonts make legibility easier for all. Verdana is a commonly chosen font - it was designed specifically for on screen viewing.

ToughButterCup
You ask about delivery of web joists to France. I'm willing to bet that the delivery costs from the UK will exceed the 'cost' of finding a local supplier.

vivienz
It's always worth getting a separate quote for transport in case you can get a better price that way, but it's often difficult to get one that will know how to transport the goods you need.
