Gdodson
Hi all, I’ve got a number of delivery notes from one supplier (example attached). they include amount, vat amount, address where over £100 and suppliers details including vat reg no. does anyone know if these would be accepted? Or would I need to go back and ask for a receipt that states invoice rather delivery note? any help appreciated many thanks
newhome
No, you need the invoice. Added to say that if you really can’t get the invoice (I note that you’re looking at 6 years here) then I would put in what I had got with as much proof as I had. Worse case they won’t allow it. Temp
There are three parts to the claim, the forms, the spreadsheets and the VAT reciept/invoices. I suspect they only check a percentage of the entries on the spreadsheets are supported by invoices. I would put any notes explaining why you don't have a particukar invoice in with the receipts. So they find it if they do a check but you don't draw their attention to it elsewhere.
