vivienz
I have a couple of holes in our EDPM flat roof - one over the garage, the other on one of the balconies (caused by roof tiles coming off during the storms). As I understand it, I need some of the EDPM itself, as well as primer and adhesive, then a roller to squash the repair patch down to get a good seal. Or do I need to do something else entirely? Can anyone advise?

Pretty much as you say Its worth placing the patches over the repair dry Draw round each with a pencil Then rough the area up with palm sander or a wire attachment on a batterie drill Primer adhesive top coat need to go past the patches 50 mil It’s also worth painting the back of the patch also before sticking it down hope this helps
jamieled
Make sure you get the adhesive for sticking epdm to itself - you can also buy adhesive for sticking it to the roof deck which I don't think will work as well.
