Big or small

So keeping within budget and working with the architect, our house size will be approximately 185 sq meters plus double garage is this big enough for a family of 3? As without being inside it I really cannot picture the size anyone with this size house?

my three bed extended semi is around 110 sq/m and perfectly comfortable 

three beds, two bathrooms, kitchen, utility and living/diner

185 will be a nice big size without too much cleaning area you don’t need???

As a guide, the average detached 4 bed new build home including integrated garage is approximately 139 square metres.
