Addition of a Veranda

Hi, if our house didn't have planning permission for a ground level Veranda, after it was signed off could we add one, eg 1 month later, like you can a conservatory?    TIA

My plot was granted planning permission with some permitted development rights removed e.g. no greenhouse or garden structures.

If you have the PD rights, and it is within them, yes.
