Can you turn internal doors into French doors ?  I have seen a LPD door I like, but in the range there are no matching French doors

Depends on the type of door... you won’t get the overlap unless you can find timber the same (assuming these are oak or other wood..?) or they are painted and you can hide the reveal.

If you are not bothered about the rebated overlap, you could just use a piece of thin matching wood on the relevant door to cover the gap.
