I have an Impey tray fitted, which is flush with the floor. Floor to be covered with waterguard membrane. Electric UFH on top of this, which will also be over the shower tray. Intended to have a thin coat of self leveler on the UFH cables to make tiling the floor easier, but what happens over the shower tray? If I put self leveler on the tray it will loose the fall to the outlet. Am I missing something. Cheers.

What Sikaflex do you use? Seems to be a variety of different ones.

Quick question. Got an impey former in....Can I put 100w heating mat over the former after the waterguard has gone on? Any recommendations for tanking for walls in shower area as the waterguard is expensive. One wall is moisture resistant P Board...The orange stuff and the other is plaster on block. Ta. Edit.... Just watched impey video that shows UFH on shower former. Any recommendations for tanking appreciated.

Quick question, got screed being laid on Tuesday and completely forgot about sensors! Should the sensors all run to a single point, or maybe say 2 or 3 points depending on how many sensors I put in the slab?

Can you elaborate on how you are doing the shadow gaps? What's your wall build up? Cheers

I got all my stuff from Wemico. Reasonable price and easy to deal with. Just draw the profiles you want and they can supply it. They did the flashing above stonework, framing around window and the sill, drip profile above window. I used Kytun slate verge. I also had Ali Fascias, can't remember where they came from at the minute. Don't need architect to draw it up, just use a bit of common sense and thought.

£4.40/ sheet plus VAT for 12.5mm board.
