Thank you for your advice. Did I understand correctly that I could potentially build another up to 3m² extension at the front?

Hi, I would like to rebuild and extend existing porch. The idea is to make it usable space for shoes and coats rather than a 'wind catcher'. It already is 3m² but it's within the house wall boundaries so I am unsure if it is considered a porch if it's not outside the house walls. Can I extend it ?
