Yes this is the drawing the architect done and he has marked 51.3m and the green drawing is what is on the land registry the figure of 51.3m does not come down as far as archtect indicated.

Solicitor has said it is in the wrong place and the drawings have measurements on them that bear this out.

Yes you are right.Don't think my ex is desperate he has just stopped paying mortgage think getting money for my mistake is more important.
