  1. It is probably too late at this stage but Hugh (Ex Loxone) does panel designs and is brilliant. https://www.thamesvalleyautomation.co.uk/
  2. What boxes are you using for concrete? The loxone ones are only for plasterboard I believe? I will be building next year so curious, thanks.
  3. Hi Jack, Is it not a simple solution to just increase the temperature on the loxone schedule during this period of low cost tariffs?
  4. Just in relation to the cons, does the Nano 2 relay not do point 2 & 3? "The Nano 2 Relay Tree automatically detects the end position of blinds. This not only saves a considerable amount of time during installation but also saves tiresome recalibration of the travel times. Due to the fully automatic end stop detection, the current position of the shading is displayed immediately and accurately within the app. "
  5. Hi, If I have MVHR installed, how can you control the bathroom extractor for example? Is a cable needed at the MVHR fan in the bathroom or is it controlled back at the unit itself? Or maybe it depends
  6. Can you explain the difference in that 5 core 1.5mm and the loxone cable?
  7. @Andy I think the Faradite is alot nicer looking but am curious if it is an option instead of the loxone flush mounted presence sensor. I guess what I am wondering is, would it be better having a presence senor rather than a motion sensor in areas such as the living room, study room etc. In my halls I hope to use the Faradite sensors. Any advice would be appreciated?
  8. Hi, Have you any breakdown of the costs which you could share? Privately even? How much is a cable design do you know?
  9. Did you watch his effort with them crisps in one hand or something else?
  10. Thanks, thats exactly what I am after it for. I am planning a drop down projector and screen in the master bedroom and this is something I want integrated into loxone. I am a member of the group thanks, I will ask in due course but first I need to get a partner to team up with.
  11. Can you explain more about loxone and TV, how does it work? What is the IR control for I see on their website? It it just to change the moods etc once the tv is on or what interaction can you have with TVs and Loxone? Thanks
  12. Hey, Did you end up putting in a Loxone system? What route did you go? I have Loxone config downloaded and now the shop is open I am going to buy the demonstration case, it is pricey at €999 plus 23% vat for me!!! Can this be got cheaper? I have made the decision to go with Loxone over a KNX system so want to start learning about the software.
