eandg Posted June 2, 2019 Posted June 2, 2019 We were at a show today and spoke with various manufacturers, one of whom gave a price per 'linear metre'. Never picked up on it at the time but not sure what it means?
recoveringbuilder Posted June 2, 2019 Posted June 2, 2019 (edited) It’s a running metre, so if you were buying say a plank of wood it would be priced at x amount per linear metre and I suspect you were at the Homebuilding show in secc, I was there too! eandg Posted June 2, 2019 Author Posted June 2, 2019 Just now, Christine Walker said: It’s a running metre, so if you were buying say a plank of wood it would be priced at x amount per linear metre Thanks, presumed as much but think I've mixed my notes up then as I've taken that as a price for windows but we were also looking at a sliding door which it may refer to (as surely windows have different heights).
